By accessing or using Club Pulse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and use the platform, or that you use the platform with the consent of a parent, guardian, or other authorized representative where required by applicable law.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the platform may require a user account.

Registration may be completed through third-party authentication services, including Google.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their accounts and for all activities conducted through their accounts.

Club Pulse reserves the right to refuse registration or restrict access to any account in the event of violations of these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

Users agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms.

Users must comply with the Community Guidelines, which form an integral part of these Terms.

Violations of the Community Guidelines may result in moderation actions, including content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or termination of access to the platform.

Users must not:

• attempt unauthorized access to the platform;
• interfere with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure;
• use automated tools to collect data without authorization;
• distribute malware or other harmful software;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• use the platform for unlawful purposes;
• manipulate votes, rankings, achievements, or other platform metrics;
• create additional accounts to circumvent restrictions or sanctions;
• publish, distribute, or promote external links, URLs, invitations, advertisements, or references to third-party resources unless expressly permitted by platform functionality.

Club Pulse reserves the right to remove such materials without prior notice.

5. User Content

Users may submit content where platform functionality permits.

User content includes images, comments, captions, descriptions, and other materials submitted by users.

Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights or lawful authority to submit such content.

Users remain solely responsible for the content they submit.

6. License to User Content

By submitting content to the platform, users grant Club Pulse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content solely for purposes related to operating the platform.

Such use may include:

• storage;
• processing;
• display;
• publication;
• technical reproduction;
• caching;
• image resizing;
• creation of technical derivative representations necessary for platform functionality.

Users retain ownership of their content.

7. Achievements, Rankings and Platform Mechanics

Club Pulse may provide achievements, rankings, activity levels, badges, statistics, and other gamification or engagement features.

Club Pulse reserves the right to modify, recalculate, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any such features at any time without prior notice.

Achievements, rankings, badges, or similar indicators do not create any ownership, monetary, contractual, or other legal rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform's software, design, database structure, text, graphics, and other materials owned by Club Pulse are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Use of such materials outside the intended functionality of the platform requires authorization from the relevant rights holder.

9. Moderation and Access Restrictions

Club Pulse reserves the right to remove content, restrict account functionality, suspend users, or terminate access to the platform.

Grounds for moderation actions may include, but are not limited to:

• violations of these Terms;
• violations of the Community Guidelines;
• publication of prohibited content;
• publication of external links in violation of platform rules;
• attempts to circumvent technical restrictions;
• use of multiple accounts for unfair advantage or sanction avoidance;
• abuse of platform functionality;
• actions that may harm the platform, its users, or third parties.

Moderation decisions are made at the sole discretion of Club Pulse.

10. Platform Availability

Club Pulse does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Access to the platform or certain features may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other circumstances.

11. Changes to Functionality

Club Pulse reserves the right to modify, add, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Club Pulse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

13. Termination

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

Club Pulse may restrict or terminate access to the platform in accordance with these Terms.

14. Relationship Between Documents

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines, these Terms of Service shall prevail.

The Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Disclaimer, and other documents published by Club Pulse shall be read and applied together with these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

Club Pulse reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.

The current version will always be available on the platform.
